There is a 50% deposit REQUIRED for every hair appointment scheduled.***

There is a 50% deposit REQUIRED for every class.***

100% prepayment is REQUIRED for every pop up shop.

100% prepayment is REQUIRED for every Elite membership.

Travel Policies (Tours and Pop Up Shops) have their OWN policies.

***Because of my tight schedule RESCHEDULES AREN'T ALLOWED***

Therefore it's IMPERATIVE that you not book an appointment until you are completely sure that you can make it to the appointment.

Because Saturday's are my short days, if you cancel/reschedule a Saturday appointment last minute, you will *NOT*  have the ability to book another Saturday.

CHILD SERVICES

​

Unfortunately we only offer services to those that are 14 years old and older.

We do NOT offer services to children under the age of 14 years old UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES.

​

If you book an appointment for a child under the age of 14 and pay their deposit, the child will not be serviced and you will LOSE your deposit.

IF IT IS FOUND THAT THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE FOR YOU IS NO GOOD, A FEW THINGS WILL HAPPEN:

​

1. You will be contacted by my assistant and asked to update your card information.

​

2. If the card is not updated all future appointments will be cancelled.

​

3. If it is after a no call/no show you will be blocked from booking future appointments indefinitely.

​

​

You can not book an appointment WITHOUT a debit/credit card.  If an appointment is booked and later your card expires, has no funds available or intentionally removed; it forfeits ALL future appointments, as the requirment for booking has no longer been fulfilled.
